How to TOP UP ?

  1. Log in to WINBOX and navigate to the “I” menu. From there, click on “Score” and choose “Bank Transfer.”
  2. Select a bank that is convenient for your deposit or transfer. Confirm your selection by clicking “ok” and proceed to the next step. Remember that once you choose a bank, it will be bound to your account and cannot be changed immediately.
  3. Read and accept the consent, then click “Next.”
  4. Enter the amount you wish to recharge and click “Next.”
  5. To upload the cash deposit or transfer receipt, click on the plus sign (+) to access your album. Select the receipt and then click “Submit” to proceed

Wait for the system to verify the steps. If everything is done correctly, your recharge will be completed within 5 minutes.

Please note that WINBOX may periodically change the bank account name and details. Ensure that the bank account you use for deposit or transfer matches the current information provided by WINBOX.


  1. Log in to WINBOX and access the “I” menu. From there, navigate to “Washing Points” and select it. Click “OK” to proceed.
  2. Choose your bank and provide your account number. Click “Next” to continue.
  3. Enter your phone number and click “Send OTP” to receive a one-time password.
  4. After receiving the OTP, enter it and click “OK.” Enter the amount you wish to wash and click “Submit.”
  5. Enter your payment password. Your request for washing points has been successfully submitted.

Please note that the instruction “Enter your payment password.>Scrubbing has been successfully submitted” appears to be duplicated.
